This tangy pineapple salsa is the perfect accompaniment to any grilled meat or white fish dish.
- 500g fresh pineapple, coarsely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 long fresh red chili, seeded, finely chopped
- 2 tbs chopped fresh mint
- 1 tbs fresh lime juice
Combine all salsa ingredients into a bowl, stir and serve!
